Sandy’s Flavor Station is owned and operated by Lauren and Chef Manny Soler, along with Sous chef in training our daughter Sophie. Chef trained at Le cordon bleu in Orlando along with over 20 years of experience in the cooking world! Lauren has been working in hospitality since 2003 and genuinely loves to serve delicious food prepared by her husband. “ We are so grateful to be able to start Sandy’s Flavor Station! Going into business for ourselves is a dream that we have had for many years now, so to see it come to fruition is a tremendous blessing!! Thank you to God and all of our hungry supporters, without y’all it would be awfully hard to be successful!! You may wonder who is Sandy… she is the most amazing grandma a person could have, she has given us so much love over the years, and is battling Alzheimer’s now. So grandma Sandy is our namesake!
